Carrier Success Hub is designed mobile-first and built to be usable on smartphones from 320px and up, including for owner-operators completing signup from a truck-stop parking lot. Pages aim for readable type, touch-friendly controls, and no horizontal overflow at the widths we test: 320px, 375px, 390px, 430px, 768px, and desktop widths.

Forms use labeled fields, clear validation messages, and keyboard-accessible controls. We follow semantic HTML and accessible navigation patterns where supported by our component library.
