Privacy Policy
Carrier Success Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at carriersuccess.com and related services, how we use it, the advertising and retargeting technologies we and our partners may use, and the choices you have. By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing a package, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly through our website, onboarding questionnaire, provider inquiry forms (including Aliya Freight Billing and DynaTrack AI inquiry forms), driver opportunity submissions, newsletter signup, and checkout. This may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, city and state, USDOT/MC numbers, equipment type, operating area, website and design preferences, preferred domain, billing details, and the content of your messages.
We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring page, and the pages you view and actions you take on our site. We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information as described below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to build and deliver your website, route inquiries to the providers you request, communicate with you about your project, process payments, operate and improve our platform, and for the advertising and measurement purposes described in this policy.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies on our website. These technologies help us operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, analyze performance, and serve and measure advertising. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device; pixel tags and SDKs allow our advertising partners to recognize your browser or device and understand activity on our site and, in some cases, across other websites and apps.
Advertising and retargeting (Google and Meta)
We may use advertising and analytics partners, including Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you more relevant ads. These partners may set or read cookies and use tracking technologies (including the Meta Pixel and Facebook SDK, and Google ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags) on our site.
Through these technologies, our advertising partners may collect information about your visits to our website and your actions on it, such as the pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, and whether you viewed or completed a form or checkout. They may also use device-level identifiers and your IP address to recognize your browser or device. This information may be used by Google and Meta to show you personalized, retargeted advertisements about our services on their platforms and across the web and to build audiences for those ads.
Where permitted by applicable law and the platforms’ terms, we may share your contact information with these advertising partners so that we can measure ad performance, reach people who have shown interest in our services, and create custom or lookalike audiences. Google and Meta each process this information under their own privacy policies and as independent controllers of that processing.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this policy: with the named provider when you consent to an inquiry, with our advertising and analytics partners as described above, with our service providers who help us operate the platform, and as otherwise required or permitted by law. Provider inquiries are shared with the specific provider you chose only with your consent. We do not share unrelated Hub contacts with providers.
Your choices and opt-out
You can control or limit the advertising and tracking technologies described here. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; note that some features of the site may not function without them. You may opt out of personalized advertising from participating advertising networks at the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page and, for interest-based ads from participating mobile platforms, through your device settings.
For Google advertising, you can manage ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings. For Meta (Facebook), you can manage ad preferences in your Meta ad preferences. You may also send a “Do Not Sell or Share” or opt-out request to us at info@lc.carriersuccess.com, and we will honor it where required by law. Unsubscribing from our newsletter does not opt you out of advertising on other platforms; use the platform settings above for that.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by law. When the managed Cloud backend is enabled, account data is protected by row-level security; until then, on-site persistence is a demo stored in your browser and is not a secure account of record. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
For privacy requests, including advertising opt-outs, contact info@lc.carriersuccess.com.
This is an editable draft. The administrator must review and publish the final policy before launch. Carrier Success Hub does not claim legal compliance without verification.
