These terms govern your use of Carrier Success Hub and the trucking company website, hosting, and provider marketplace services we offer at carriersuccess.com. By purchasing a package, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services and billing

Website setup fees are one-time charges for design and production work. Hosting is billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions remain active until canceled. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Advertising and tracking

No guarantees; advertising and routing platform

Carrier Success Hub is an advertising and inquiry-routing platform. We are not a freight brokerage, dispatcher, recruiting agency, or staffing firm, and we do not guarantee loads, direct shipper contracts, revenue, hiring outcomes, or the results of any provider listing or inquiry. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information about third-party providers or driver opportunities.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the company and authority information you provide. Generated website copy is drafted from your questionnaire responses and must be reviewed by you before publication. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform terms related to any advertising and tracking that you authorize.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
